Question

Since I am about to start working as a teacher of english I have 3 questions that have crossed my mind

the first one is: What thing do student like to learn about english ?
the second one is: how do student would like to learn english in the classroom?
and the last one: Is effective teaching through technology nowadays? why?

I would really appreciate if you can help me answering this three question
